These terms apply to all bookings and services at Royal Crown Spa, Shop No. 310, Sheetal Ekta CHS, opp. Oberoi Mall, Malad West, BMC Colony, Dindoshi, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063. By booking or using our services you accept these terms.
Bookings
- Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp on +91 70214 15038.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed.
- Kindly inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Professional services only
Royal Crown Spa provides strictly professional massage and wellness therapies. Any request for inappropriate or illegal services will be refused, the session will be ended immediately without refund, and the guest may be denied future entry.
Health & safety
- Please tell your therapist about any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery before your session.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
- Services are available to adults aged 18 and above.
Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour towards our staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately.
Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss of personal items on the premises.
Prices & payment
Prices and offers are shared at the time of booking and may change without notice. Payment is due at the spa after your session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
